Try integrating mindfulness practices into your daily routine, such as mindful eating, mindful walking, or simply taking a few minutes to breathe deeply and focus on the present.
Meditation:
Regular meditation can reduce stress, increase self-awareness and promote emotional health.
Start with short, guided meditations and gradually increase the duration as you become more comfortable with the practice.

· Headspace: Offers guided meditations, mindfulness exercises and sleep aids. This is ideal for beginners.
· Calm: Provides guided meditations, breathing exercises and sleep stories.
· Insight Timer: Features a large library of free meditations and courses from various teachers.
· Hope: Christian Mindfulness and Prayer
